Were Hiring: Payroll & Benefits Specialist French Market

Location: Alcântara, Lisbon Hybrid Work Model
Contract: 6-month temporary contract with strong possibility of permanent hire
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per year (depending on experience)

Do you have solid experience in payroll and benefits management? Are you familiar with French labor laws and looking for an exciting new challenge in an international environment? Heres your chance to join a dynamic team and manage employee allowances and benefits for the French market efficiently.

What youll do:

- Manage meal allowances: calculation, ordering, adjustments, and legal compliance

- Process social security allowances (IJSS) and healthcare benefits: DSN management, bank reconciliations, communication with CPAM, and insurer file submissions

- Provide technical support on topics like CPF (Personal Training Account), preparing explanatory materials, legal analysis, and stakeholder communication

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and outsourcing partners (EY) to ensure smooth, compliant payroll and benefits processes

What were looking for:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields

- Proven experience in payroll and benefits management, ideally in a multinational company

- Strong knowledge of French labor laws

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools

- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and team player mindset
